Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros

Hey guys,

Today's post is about my favourite band. As I was on my way home from town, I decided to stop in the famous store Tower Records to purchase the latest Edward Sharpe album. Yes, it would have been easier to download it from iTunes, but being old fashioned - I like to have a physical copy!

People seem to have the misconception that every girl my age is head over heels for One Direction, while I admire the boys and what they have achieved, another band is much more for me.
the crew
That band being Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros. A group of about ten wild, free spirited people. For those of you who have not heard of them, I advise you to head on out and buy a copy.
There hit single "home" is known to most, and I'm sure you too if you hear it again.

Last month I had the chance to see them live at the Phoenix Park in Dublin. I have been to many concerts before but none of them compare these. From start to end the entire 40,000 audience was captivated from "janglin" to the finale "home"

A few days ago their third album named after themselves "Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros"
I sincerely advise everyone to go out to and purchase this little bit magic. It's light, uplifting, liberating and fun music that will immediately place a grin on your face  from tooth to tooth (if that makes sense)

It may be a bit out there for some but I am sure others will convert, give it a go!

Till next time,
Sorcha
